What do you do when you are avid traveller, lover of great food and eating out, but for the safety of your community and loved ones, you are told to stay home? You travel the world through your kitchen!
So that is exactly what we plan to do. And we're not travelling alone! Our great friends Mary and Ken are joining us. I suspect we will have other travellers join us on the journey too!
We are heading up through Southeast Asia to begin with and seeking out places we haven't yet explored. We're looking forward to the magical food and learning more about the places the recipes come from.
